DO NOT ACCEPT A DAMAGED PACKAGE
If you receive a damaged package or the items inside the package are damaged during delivery process, Please DO NOT return the package to PriceHot.com, because It is the shipping company's responsibility for any damage caused during transition. Please contact UPS at 800-pick-ups to file a claim immediately. PriceHot.com will send you a replacement after we receive the confirmation from UPS. We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may send back your purchase and we will gladly refund the cost of the merchandise to you less a 20% re-stocking charge. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Refused shipments will also have a 20% restocking charge. All claims of damage or shortage must be reported within 3 days of your receipt of the shipment. All returns must arrive within 30 days of receipt of your original order and shipped back with all original packaging in sell able condition. Opened packages of merchandise will not be credited. Original and return shiipping cost are non refunable in any situation.
